Smoothies!

More smoothie ideas:
Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie
  • 2 cups lemonade
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Blend and serve.

Berry Smoothie
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup ice
Blend and serve.

Peanut Butter Smoothie
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbs honey
  • 2 frozen bananas, broken into chunks
Blend and serve.  (Yummy for breakfast with a bowl of oatmeal!)
